These Terms & Conditions, Subscription and Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("you", "they", or "your") and Pisces Jewellery ("PJ", "we, "us" , or "our"). Carefully read the terms and conditions of this agreement and our Privacy Policy. By accessing or using our website, signing up for the subscription services and clicking the "submit" button to signify acceptance of these terms, you are agreeing to be bound by and are becoming a party to this agreement and subject to our Privacy Policy, as such terms may change from time to time. If you do not agree to all the terms of this agreement and our Privacy Policy, please do not purchase any products and do not use this website.

We are PISCES JEWELLERY ("we", "us", "PISCES JEWELLERY"), an accessories label based in Cebu, Philippines.

As a condition of your access to and/or use of the Site, you warrant that all information supplied by you on the Site is accurate, current and complete; you are 18 years of age or older in order to access and/or use the Site; and you will not copy or distribute any part of the Site in any medium without PISCES JEWELLERY's prior written authorization. You shall be solely responsible for your access to and/or use of the Site and its materials herein. Where you create a user account and password, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party. We reserve the right to disable any user account at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of there T&Cs.

When you open an Account, you will be required to provide PJ with accurate, complete and current credit card information for a valid credit card that you are authorized to use. PJ currently only accepts Visa, MasterCard, PayPal. By signing up for the Services, you authorize PJ or its agent to bill your credit card for the applicable subscription fee, any Product purchases, shipping charges (if any), any and all applicable taxes, and any other charges you mare incur in connection with your use of the Services. Other fees will be charged to your credit card as you incur them. You agree not to charge back any fees or charges and any charge backs will result in you paying associated charge back fees.

PISCES JEWELLERY is the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in and to the content on the Site, and in the material published on it. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, upload, post. transmit, adapt, download, distribute or howsoever deal with any content or material from the Site in any form or by any means without PISCES JEWELLERY's prior written permission, and you are solely responsible for obtaining such permission before dealing with any content or material that is available on the Site.
You agree indeminify us and hold us and our partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, agents and their employees, officers, directors, and representatives harmless from any claims, losses, and damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your access of, use of and/or participation in this Site, including any claims of infringement of a third party's rights; damage to tangible property, bodily injury, or death; negligence or willful misconduct cause or attributable to you or any of your agents, and breaches of your obligations under these T&Cs.

We will determine in our sole discretion whether there has been a breach of there T&Cs through tour use and/or access of the Site. When a breach of these T&Cs occurs, we may take such action as we deem appropriate, including immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use and/or access the Site; issuing a warning to you; commencing legal proceedings against you for loss resulting from your breach; and disclosure to law enforcement authorities of such information as we reasonably deem necessary. We exclude liability for any actions taken in response to breaches of there T&Cs. The responses described above are not exhaustive, and we may take any other action we reasonably deem appropriate.
Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of the Philippines.
